One of the hallmarks of our office, and indeed a unique quality, is that we don’t provide care or products to our patients that we haven’t first tried ourselves. We attempt to experience as much as possible so that we may provide suggestions and care that we’ve experienced first hand. All of our patients appreciate this.
I finally ordered P90X from the infomercial so many of us have seen. I was getting far too many questions from patients to ignore it any longer. The program looked perfectly sound on TV, but now I’ll be able to speak from experience.
I will be bringing you regular updates on my trial of P90x.
I received the package about 2 weeks ago and began the program yesterday. I am not following the diet exactly, but eating sensibly and doing my best to stay as active as possible. I would like to lose about 20 lbs, fit more comfortably into my current size 32 waist jeans and reduce my body fat % by at least 10 points.
Wish me luck, everyone tells me this program is no joke.
